In Arlington, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across Texas vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.

Hours have not been published for this listing yet. Most businesses of this type in Arlington keep standard business hours, but call ahead to be sure, especially on weekends and holidays. The listed phone number is (817) 525-0239. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.

Its Google rating is 3.8 out of 5 from 51 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.

Arlington is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Traffic in Arlington peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. I REALLY wish I read the reviews before coming here. I waited an hour outside sweating in the hot sun just for them to not do my inspection by giving an excuse that made no sense. I got my car back from my mechanic and my mechanic did the inspection himself and told me that I passed but the issue is that his machine wasn’t working. I came here and they told me something about my car that didn’t make sense and refused to do my inspection wasting so much of my time and energy. I went over to a different state inspection place and they quickly did my inspection with no wait no hassle and passed my car no problem. How is it that 2 different car mechanics passed me and said there’s no issue that would prevent me from passing but these guys waste my time and refuse to do it? This place was also very dirty and had nowhere clean with AC where you could sit unlike the other places I went to that got my inspection done and passed me with no issues.

I have been using this business for years. The mechanics are always friendly and charge a fair price. Even the owners son goes above and beyond with great customer service skills. Give them a try. They always have a thumbs up from me.

I used to love this place, fast, quick, cheap. However, this visit I came with a nail in my tire, needing a patch. The guy says ok, fills my tire up with air then says I'm good. Wouldn't comprehend I needed it serviced. Rather than argue I left, ended up at another place. I won't be back!

Stopped in for an oil change because of a referral and was very disappointed. The teenager sons of the owner pulled my car in and caught my front end due to pulling in carelessly and ripped my under carriage near my front end off. When I approached them to fix it, they zipped tied it and wanted to charge me for the service of fixing the what they created knowing I watched them do this the whole time. Next time, when I see teenagers working on cars, I'll know to not stop there. Extremely disappointing. Poor customer service, unprofessional atmosphere, and lack of responsibility.

Dirty. Inexpensive compared to most. Robert did work on my car windows left black grease all over my vehicle panels and the panels fell out days later. One window stopped working again after he said nothing was wrong with it.
